A Fair Path Forward.
A Shared Future Worth Building.

The Business of Doing What’s Right
Dinesh Victor’s journey in business began not with a playbook, but with a personal belief: that meaningful learning and inclusive growth could be built outside traditional systems. After years in the corporate world, he stepped away from security and stepped into uncertainty, founding a business in 2003 that would go on to impact over a million children and empower thousands of women across India.
As the founder and managing director of SIP Academy India, Dinesh has not only shaped a national education movement but also a scalable entrepreneurship model for women, most of whom had no prior business background. Today, the academy operates across 1,200+ centres in India, with over 80% led by women, many of them first-generation entrepreneurs. His leadership blends long-term vision with daily clarity, setting a tone of fairness, trust, and shared growth across every layer of the organisation.
Beyond strategy and scale, what defines Dinesh in business is a sense of responsibility to build systems that work, people who thrive, and outcomes that create good. He leads with intention, empowers by design, and continues to build a business that grows with purpose and gives with heart.
SIP Academy: What Belief Can Become
What began as a small initiative in 2003 has grown into a movement that blends skill-building with confidence and creativity. SIP Academy India was built on the belief that children learn best when education goes beyond textbooks. Today, it operates across 1,200+ centres in 11 countries, supported by over 6,000 teachers and 300 dedicated employees and partners. With 1.4 million students trained and a leadership team where women lead from the front, the impact is both wide and deep. In 2016, SIP Academy India took over global operations from Singapore, marking a new chapter in its journey of purpose.

When Leadership Extends Beyond a Single Venture

Where Focus Grows, So Do Futures
SIP Abacus was the foundation on which Dinesh Victor began his entrepreneurial journey in education. Designed to help children overcome their fear of numbers, it goes beyond arithmetic, building focus, memory, and confidence. With over 1 million students trained across 11 countries, SIP Abacus continues to reflect Dinesh’s belief in deep, skill-based learning that grows with every child. It’s not just about faster maths; it’s about a sharper, more assured mind.

Where English Sounds Like Confidence
Launched in 2005, GlobalArt reflects Dinesh’s belief that creativity is a skill as vital as logic. Through structured visual art education, the program helps children express themselves with confidence, develop focus, and think more imaginatively. It’s not just about drawing. It’s about helping young minds discover new ways to see the world. With thousands of students across India, GlobalArt has become a space where creativity is nurtured, celebrated, and built for life.

Where Creativity Is a Point of View
MiKids reflects his belief that language is power and that every child deserves the tools to express themselves with clarity and confidence. Designed for early learners, the program strengthens English speaking and listening skills through phonics and interactive learning. Delivered in partnership with schools, MiKids reaches over a lakh students today, making classrooms more engaging, inclusive, and language-rich from the very start of a child’s journey.

Where Curiosity Meets Thinking Power
Crico is the newest chapter in Dinesh’s education journey, a program designed to strengthen English fluency while building critical thinking from the ground up. Created for early learners, Crico goes beyond grammar and vocabulary, encouraging children to ask questions, make connections, and think independently. Though still in its early phase, Crico reflects the same belief that built SIP: education must evolve to meet the future with curiosity, courage, and clarity.
